Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services provided by Libati Leisure & Sport Equipment Rental LLC (“Libati,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our online rental portal (the “Portal”). By using our services, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1️⃣ Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking.

2️⃣ Services Provided

  • Libati offers the rental of premium sports equipment, including tennis rackets and accessories, on an hourly or daily basis.
  • Delivery and pickup services are included as specified at the time of booking.

3️⃣ Booking & Payment

  • All rentals must be booked and paid for in advance through the Portal.
  • Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment gateway.
  • Prices are displayed in AED and are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4️⃣ Security Deposit Policy

To safeguard the proper use and return of equipment:

  • A refundable AED 500 pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your card at the time of booking.
  • This hold is not an immediate charge, but a temporary reserve of funds.
  • The pre-authorisation is released within 7–14 working days after successful return of the equipment in good condition.

Deductions may apply in the following cases:

  • Loss or Non-Return – Full deposit may be forfeited if equipment is not returned.
  • Major Damage / Unusable Condition – Up to the full deposit may be deducted if equipment is returned broken or in unusable condition (e.g., cracked frame).

No charges will be made for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Late returns, unless equipment is lost

Customers will be notified of any deductions with supporting evidence.

5️⃣ Customer Obligations

  • You are responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
  • Equipment must be returned at the agreed pickup time and location.
  • You must not sub-rent, resell, or misuse the equipment.

6️⃣ Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup will be arranged as per your booking details.
  • Customers must be available at the agreed address and time to receive and return the equipment.
  • Any delivery delays caused by customer unavailability may affect booking validity.

7️⃣ Liability & Disclaimer

  • Libati is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or damages arising from misuse of equipment.
  • Customers assume responsibility for their own use of rented equipment.

8️⃣ Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel rentals in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

9️⃣ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
