To safeguard the proper use and return of our rental equipment, Libati Leisure & Sport Equipment Rental LLC applies the following security deposit terms:

1️⃣ Pre-Authorisation Hold

• A refundable AED 500 pre-authorisation hold will be placed on the customer’s credit or debit card at the time of booking.
• This hold is not an actual charge, but a temporary reserve of funds to cover potential damages or loss.
• The pre-authorisation is automatically released by the customer’s bank within 7–14 working days after successful return of the equipment in good condition.

2️⃣ Conditions for Deduction

The deposit will only be charged in the following cases:

• Loss or Non-Return: Full deposit will be forfeited if the equipment is not returned.
• Unusable Condition: Up to the full deposit may be deducted if the racket or equipment is returned in a condition that renders it unusable (e.g., broken frame, severe structural damage).
• No charges will be made for normal wear and tear, late returns, unless equipment is lost

3️⃣ Return of Deposit

• If the equipment is returned on time and in good, usable condition, the full AED 500 hold will be released.
• Customers will receive a written confirmation (email) once the deposit is released.
• In case of deductions, customers will be notified with details and supporting evidence.
